GSTDMB DYNAMICAL MODELLING FOR BIOLOGY AND MEDICINE - Diagnostic Quiz

The quiz does not represent prerequisites for the course, and not all the questions are relevant in detail. For example, we will not actually do much (if any) differentiation.
Probably the most important questions on the quiz are questions 9-12 about sketching graphs, since for models of one or two interacting variables (populations, genes, or whatever), being able to sketch certain graphs derived from the models allows you to understand a lot about the dynamics of the system in question. I will also spend some time in the course going over how to sketch those graphs.

Material from the 2010 version of GSTDMB can be found here
You'll see a number of simple models there for population growth and simple genetic feedback loops which can be analysed just from a graph.
