Current Position

I joined the Statistics and Probability group (ex Division of Statistics) of the School of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Nottingham in September 2006 as a Research Fellow. In September 2008 I was appointed as a Lecturer in Statistics.

  • We have just launched an R package, called BindR for modelling healthcare associated infections. Try it out and let us know what you think!

  • We have arxived our paper on Bayesian model choice using mixtures.

  • I have recently attended and gave a talk at the Mathematical Challenges for Long Epidemic Time Series workshop in Warwick during the 15th-17th of December. The slides of the talk are available here.
