Thesis Title Quantum communication in relativistic spacetime
Thesis Abstract The project aims at developing relativistic quantum technologies. We use the framework of quantum field theory in curved spacetime together with quantum information and metrology techniques to set up communication protocols and experiments that take into account both quantum and (general) relativistic features. Recent examples of such experiments are a BEC-gravitational wave detector, and a quantum communication setup between the rotating Earth and a satellite.
